• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support image updates, stock, and planogram tasks.
• Perform in-store services and light maintenance as trained.
