O'Reilly Auto Parts in Aiken, SC is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide top-tier service to retail and installer customers. You will help manage store operations, assist professional customers, and handle inquiries by phone and in person.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role involves greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and supporting daily training and inventory tasks.

Competenze

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desired: Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Mansioni

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policy.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Operate cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions.
• Assist with daily stock, planogram updates, and shelf presentation.
