O’Reilly Auto Parts in Laurens, SC seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver exceptional service to retail and installer customers. You will assist store management, advise professional customers, and process sales with accuracy, while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, returns, planogram updates, and occasional in-store maintenance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Aptitude for accurate point-of-sale procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and policies.
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Provide phone support: look up parts, quote prices, and suggest related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process payments.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily tasks: stock, planogram updates, and housekeeping.
• Prepare returns to distribution center and assist with stock counts.
• Perform in-store services such as battery/testing and light repairs.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle if required.
