The role encourages bilingual candidates and involves assisting with merchandise selection, parts lookup, and price quotes while maintaining cash handling and returns per policy. Training and career growth are available within a strong team.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store at the same time.
• Spanish language fluency preferred.
• Familiar with automotive parts and cataloging systems (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and related sales.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash, checks, credit transactions, and returns in accordance with policy.
• Maintain stock, perform planogram updates, and assist with daily operations.
• Provide in-store services within state/local compliance and assist with deliveries as needed.
