Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist in merchandise selection.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist professional customers (installers) as needed and directed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions and returns according to policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints amicably.
• Perform daily store operations: stocking, planograms, freight receipt, counts.
• Provide in-store services where allowed by state/local laws (install wipers, test batteries, etc.).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
