• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and quote prices.
• Manage cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions.
• Handle exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Support with stock, planogram updates, and shelf maintenance.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, headlamps) and safety checks when trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
