Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers in our Lake Park, GA store. The role supports store management and promotes company programs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, handling cash and transactions, processing returns, and maintaining stock through planograms and daily tasks. Occasional delivery driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding, friendly customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers in-store and on the phone.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Answer store calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and perform transactions.
• Support stock updates, planograms, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes) where allowed.
• Operate test equipment after training and company requirements are met.
