Qualifikationen

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store.

• Greet customers promptly and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, cash/credit transactions, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, lookup parts, and quote prices.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform in-store tasks: stocking, planogram updates, and cleanliness.
• Occasionally drive to deliver parts when needed.
