O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to walk-in and installer customers. You will assist with product selection, process transactions, handle exchanges, and support store operations.

Qualifications include a focus on outstanding customer service and the ability to multitask between in-store and phone requests; Spanish language skills are a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet customers and assist with product selections.
• Assist professional customers as needed and directed.
• Handle cash transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stocking and cycle counts.
