Cox Toyota in Burlington, NC seeks a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual ASM / Service Advisor for its high-volume service department. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish and have ASM or service advisor experience, this is a great opportunity to increase income while working with a professional team.

You’ll guide customers through repairs, advise on services and costs, schedule appointments, and maintain CSI scores by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive Dealership Service Advisor or ASM experience preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service; strong CSI performance is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the automotive repair and maintenance process.
• Advise customers on recommended services, repairs, options, and costs.
• Present special promotions and available service opportunities.
• Schedule customer service appointments.
• Greet customers professionally and answer questions about their vehicles.
• Track each vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
• Communicate vehicle status, recommendations, and completion times to customers.
• Help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain strong CSI scores.
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with day-to-day Service Department operations as needed.
