Job summary

Cox Toyota in Burlington, NC is seeking an Automotive ASM / Service Advisor to guide customers through repair and maintenance, advise on services and costs, and schedule appointments. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.

We offer a 5-day work week, commission-based income potential up to $90,000+, and a competitive benefits package. Prior service-advisor experience is preferred and a strong CSI record is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service advisor preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high CSI scores is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the automotive repair and maintenance process.
• Advise customers on recommended services, repair options, and costs.
• Present promotions and service opportunities.
• Schedule customer service appointments.
• Greet customers and answer questions about vehicles.
• Track vehicle status from entry to completion.
• Communicate status, recommendations, and completion times to customers.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI score.
• Collaborate with technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
