Lithia & Driveway’s L0258 Buick GMC of Beaverton is seeking a Sales Representative to greet customers, present vehicles, and guide test drives while building lasting relationships. You will develop new business, enter data in the CRM, and schedule daily appointments to meet customer needs.

The role offers a commission-based payplan with potential annual earnings from $70,000 to $200,000. You must be available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and participate in daily meetings

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive sales or sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product presentations and accompany vehicle demonstrations.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Enter customer information into the CRM accurately.
• Follow up with prospective customers using the daily work plan.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers during the write-up process.
• Maintain knowledge of product information and promotions.
• Attend daily sales and training meetings and participate actively.
