• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Present vehicles and features with clear product demonstrations.
• Schedule and conduct customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Input customer data into CRM and manage leads.
• Assist customers through the write-up and delivery process.
• Maintain showroom and lot appearance and vehicle readiness.
