Qualifications

• Experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish to find the right vehicle.
• Provide detailed information on features, options, and pricing.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to schedule test drives and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate deals and finalize sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction and dealership interests.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage the sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery with accurate paperwork.
