Qualifications

• One year or more sales experience in any industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer information in CRM.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships for referrals.
• Develop new business through direct mail, networking, and telemarketing.
• Know pricing and specifications to provide comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• Experienced in sales in any industry - one year or more preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish for bilingual positions with fluency
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Have acoachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentage.
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to passpre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
