Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging; ASE certification; Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with store operations including stock, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle delivery as needed.
