O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lawrenceburg, TN seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers, greet guests, and assist with merchandise selection while supporting store management.

This role covers answering phones, quoting prices, processing cash and card transactions, handling returns, stocking shelves, updating displays, and assisting with daily operations and occasional local deliveries as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Fluency in Spanish; bilingual is encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling initiatives.
• Assist professional customers and support store management as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and processing exchanges/returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking, and daily store operations.
• Operate test equipment after training when required.
• Possibly drive a delivery vehicle to support business needs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
