Job summary

Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice, and direct parts for delivery.
Route delivery specialists to ensure timely order receipt.
Maintain delivery vehicles per company standards.
Ensure daily vehicle inspections and mileage logging.
Collaborate with Sales Specialists/ Territory Managers to serve professional customers.
Verify all parts are billed before customers leave.
Handle returns and credits for cores and warranties.
Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging.
Assist on front counter and in backroom as needed.
Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
All other duties as assigned.
