• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selections.
• Support management and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
• Handle cash, returns, and credit card transactions per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform in-store services and tests where state/local laws allow (e.g., batteries, wipers).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed and approved.
