AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in a part-time role focused on delivering WOW! Customer Service. You will help customers find the right automotive parts, offer expert advice, and support daily store operations in a team-driven environment.

You’ll engage with customers, maintain organized shelves, and use diagnostics tools to assist with vehicle codes and solutions, while growing your knowledge of parts and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 16.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with team and managers to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to support sales goals.
• Restock, organize merchandise and follow POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Stay informed on parts, tools and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostics tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
