Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to lift/load/deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is highly valued.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and meet store performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Restock merchandise and follow proper POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
• Stay updated on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
