Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service in our store. You will help customers find the right parts, offer expert advice, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You'll engage with customers, promote products and promotions, and work with the team to meet sales goals while maintaining a safe, organized store. Bilingual skills are a plus, and ASE certification is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing communication and product recommendations.
• Ability to lift and stock merchandise and operate within store procedures.
• ASE Certification is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide automotive advice to resolve needs.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to support sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized, safe shelves and displays.
• Follow point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools and promotions in AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
