Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and hit sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Product Knowledge – Stay updated on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions.
