Job summary

AutoZone’s store teams deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for automotive needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers, promote products, and help maintain a well-stocked, organized store.

You will work with a team to hit sales goals, learn AutoZone systems, and provide expert advice. A flexible schedule, physical ability to lift merchandise, and knowledge of automotive parts are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented approach with clear, professional communication.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail helpful.
• Ability to learn AutoZone systems and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle parts and solutions.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to reach sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelves.
• Follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and advise customers when appropriate.
