Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice, and coordinate parts for delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Verify vehicle inspections and daily mileages are recorded.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide service.
• Ensure products and warranties are billed before checkout.
• Process core and warranty returns promptly and accurately.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties such as stock and returns.
• Assist with customer labor claims to ensure quick processing.
