Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers through the store’s installer counter. This role will oversee daily activities of the delivery specialist to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct parts delivery to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Verify product/merchandise billing including warranty parts and cores before customers leave the store.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed and support backroom duties.
• Help with customer labor claims processing efficiently.
