O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers through the installer counter and lead the daily activities of the delivery team. Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive repairs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (preferred).
• ASE Certification is a plus but not required for consideration.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve professional customers at installer counter, build sales relations.
• Process orders by phone and online, invoice, pick/ship parts, and coordinate delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles and inspections are tracked and maintained.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to deliver superior service.
• Verify product and warranty parts are billed and returns are properly credited.
• Support on front and retail counters and assist with backroom duties.
