Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and meet sales objectives. The role requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive parts knowledge, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, and external suppliers.

Position can be part time or full time; fleet safety certification is preferred. You will engage customers in person and by phone, perform DIY services, and maintain inventory and store standards while working days, evenings, and weekends as

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Basic driving and navigation ability; friendly communication and safety focus.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
