Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and includes cashier duties, stock updates, and in-store services in compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate offers strong customer service, multitasking ability, and knowledge of automotive parts; bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus. This full-time position invites growth within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Desired: Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Support stock, planograms, and daily store tasks.
• Operate test equipment after training; install wipers, batteries, etc.
• Occasional delivery driving when needed.
