Job summary

GEICO in Tucson, AZ is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Auto Inside Sales Representative to provide insurance quotes, advise on coverage options, and convert quotes into new policies without cold calling.

You will handle incoming calls, identify customer needs, and highlight GEICO products while working in a mainly on-site role with some on-site flexibility, evening and weekend availability, and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training/fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance quotes and advise customers on coverage options.
• Convert quotes into new policies and demonstrate GEICO value.
