First Help Financial is seeking a Bilingual Territory Sales Representative to cover Waterbury, CT and surrounding areas, including Hartford, Meriden, Naugatuck, and Bridgeport. You will build dealer relationships, educate on our services, and drive new business through active prospecting and weekly travel in your territory.

The role reports to the Director of Sales and offers a base salary with quarterly bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing training for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.
• Valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• CRM experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective auto dealerships in your territory.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership accounts, requiring availability via phone, text, or email during the business hours of accounts in this territory.
• Educate dealerships on our services.
• Prospect auto dealerships for future business.
• Weekly travel to dealerships in your designated geography.
