Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team executes on service programs.
• Assist the store manager with scheduling, coaching, and ensuring training is up to date.
• Participate in hiring by recruiting tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are answered per policy; manage transfers and orders when needed.
• Process returns and exchanges with accurate refunds and proper payment methods.
• Invoicing of all merchandise including core charges and warranties before shipment.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team adheres to schedule, approvals for deviations, and proper clocking in/out.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security checks.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
