Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Monroe, NC to help oversee store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of retail consultants. You’ll work with a store manager on merchandising, product launches, and outreach activities to deliver an outstanding customer experience across AT&T services.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and leadership skills, 3+ years in sales or customer experience in telecom, and prior management experience.Competitive salary and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
