Job summary

Mobily, an AT&T authorized retailer, is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and store operations in Durham, NC. You will coach a team, drive performance, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience on the sales floor while rolling out new products and services.

You will manage inventory, training, and store standards, with a focus on motivating the team and delivering results through strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit and develop teams.
• Strong sales skills and motivation to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, organization and tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top customer service.
