Job summary

Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager in Palm Springs Estates, FL to provide access to high-quality goods and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role focuses on credit and collections, in-store and in-home service, and merchandising to maintain an inviting, organized store environment. You will engage with customers, support daily collections, and help coordinate deliveries and pickups while upholding safety and transportation procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with white-glove service in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and installation of products, following handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness with both customers and fellow coworkers in mind.
