Job summary

Base pay starts at $19.00–$28.00 per hour, with a bonus program that can add up to $1,200 monthly based on performance. This on-site position offers career development through our internal training program and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed loan sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build relationships across the loan lifecycle and offer tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members for growth.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques to informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts (1–30 days past due) with outreach and payment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products for full understanding.
• Multitask effectively to meet dynamic demands and deliver timely service.
