Job summary

Miss A is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Assistant Corporate Controller to lead the accounting function at our Dallas headquarters. You will partner with the Corporate Controller to drive monthly closings, consolidate financial statements, and strengthen internal controls across entities in a fast-growing beauty and lifestyle brand.

The role requires 6–8 years of accounting leadership, CPA and NetSuite experience preferred, and fluency in Korean and English.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 6-8 years of accounting experience, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and monthly close.
• Experience with multi-entity and inventory-based businesses.
• CPA and NetSuite experience preferred.
• Retail/wholesale/e‑commerce experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple entities.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger, revenue, inventory, COGS, AP, intercompany accounting, and reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidation adjustments.
• Develop accounting policies, internal controls, and close procedures.
• Coordinate external audits, tax support, investor reporting, and lender requirements.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Lead and develop the accounting team and support Controller & CFO.
• Perform additional duties as required.
