Cesna Recruitment seeks an experienced Manufacturing Accountant to manage month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls in a fast-paced environment. The role leads AP and TR teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of results in US GAAP and K-IFRS frameworks.

The position is 100% on-site in Auburn Hills, MI, requiring strong SAP skills, independence, and bilingual ability (Korean a plus). CPA or master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or master’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Experience with financial reporting, monthly close, AP, and TR.
• SAP experience required; US GAAP and K-IFRS knowledge.
• 100% on site; bilingual a plus (Korean).

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly / Quarterly / and annual close processes, including JE’s, accruals, reconciliation.

Internal and external financial reporting while ensuring accurate and timely financial results.

Support internal control(K-sox) and external audits

Lead and develop accounting staff, including AP and TR.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA / master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience is required, including experience with financial reporting, monthly closing, AP, and TR. (if manager at least 8+ yrs)
• 100% on site
• Ability to work independently, manage, and prioritize various responsibilities.
• Strong system skills(must have SAP experienced)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and K-IFRS
• Bilingual is a plus(Korean)
