North Bay Regional Center in Napa, CA seeks an Intake Specialist to perform eligibility assessments within established timelines and connect individuals to generic resources across Napa, Solano and Sonoma counties.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree related to developmental disabilities, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to travel or work remotely as needed. Primary duties include outreach to community partners and coordinating services for eligible individuals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities.
• OR Bachelor's degree in a related field with three years’ employment in a developmental disabilities setting.
• OR Bachelor's degree with two years’ case management experience at a regional center.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments for eligibility within established timelines.
• Connect individuals to generic resources and coordinate services across Napa, Solano and Sonoma counties.
• Provide outreach and training to community partners.
