Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred (not required).
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work the full assigned 1st shift.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or incorrect components.
• Package and prepare completed products as needed.
• Maintain accurate production counts and required documentation.
