Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring an Assembly – 2nd Shift to join a fast-paced production team. This temp-to-hire role offers steady hours, competitive pay, and growth potential. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Schedule is Monday through Thursday with potential Friday/Saturday work. Pay up to $18.00 per hour, with benefits including sick time after 90 days and vacation after 1 year. Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent hire based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to company standards.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed.
