Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years' verifiable experience.
• Rotating shifts and weekly itineraries.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; English required for bilingual positions.
• Background check required by law; drug screening where permitted.
• Valid Puerto Rico driver's license required.
• Customer service skills essential.
• Availability for credentialing and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures as required by site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Receive and route processes at employee/visitor reception per site rules.
