Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in Trust & Safety, Risk, Escalations, Crisis Management, or similar operational risk roles.
• Proficiency in Arabic required (reading and writing) for Middle East/Europe escalations.
• Strong data skills with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages to solve complex problems.
• Hands-on ability to design and launch tools, processes, or systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead trust & safety incident management and cross-functional coordination.
• Conduct sweeps for violative content and emerging trends across features to surface incidents.
• Contain high-risk content quickly during live incidents with timely mitigation.
• Analyze large-scale data and build dashboards to monitor ecosystem health.
