Surface Experts is hiring a Technician to repair surfaces on-site, applying our 5-step process to countertops, cabinets, tubs and floors. No experience is required as we will train you fully, with a clear apprenticeship track toward becoming a Surface Repair Technician.

• Match colors and finishes so each repair disappears into the surface.
• Problem-solve each job with creativity, since no two pieces of damage are the same.
• Deliver world-class service to tenants and property management staff, building the relationships that bring us repeat business.
• Spot additional repairs during walk-throughs and point them out when they help the customer.

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

No experience needed. We will train you fully.

• Pay range of $18 to $24 base pay (pay raise at completion of apprenticeship)

Requirements

• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Problem-solving attitude and the desire and willingness to learn and embrace feedback

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in a trade like painting, auto body, cabinetry, or flooring, or even as a personal hobby
