Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a hands-on Technician in Florida. No experience needed; we will train you fully.

You’ll repair damaged surfaces on-site using our 5-step process and deliver world-class service to tenants and property management staff. We offer an hourly pay range of $18 to $24, paid training, a 4-day apprenticeship trip, a company vehicle after one year, and benefits like paid time off and holidays.

• Problem-solving attitude and the desire and willingness to learn and embrace feedback

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged surfaces on-site using our 5-step process, from countertops and cabinets to tubs and floors
• Match colors and finishes so each repair disappears into the surface
• Problem-solve each job with creativity, since no two pieces of damage are the same
• Deliver world-class service to tenants and property management staff, building the relationships that bring us repeat business
• Spot additional repairs during walk-throughs and point them out when they help the customer

Requirements

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in a trade like painting, auto body, cabinetry, or flooring, or even as a personal hobby
