Bodenvy Pinecrest is seeking a full-time, in-office appointment-setting specialist to engage prospective clients, answer questions, and guide them toward a consultation with our specialists. This bilingual role supports high-volume outreach and a positive client first impression.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, lead qualification, scheduling, and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong consultation attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Professional, personable, and confident phone presence.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish rapport quickly.
• Experience in aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, or medical spa environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond professionally to inbound inquiries.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and educate prospects on Bodenvy's treatments and benefits.
• Ask discovery questions to qualify clients and identify suitable services.
• Collaborate with clinical and consultation teams to match clients with opportunities and schedule appointments.
• Provide clear handoffs to support a seamless client experience.
• Follow up consistently to maintain attendance and engagement for consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in company systems.
