Job summary

Bodenvy is hiring for a full-time, on-site appointment setter in Maitland/Orlando to connect with the Spanish-speaking community. You will perform outbound calls to warm leads, handle inquiries, and book free consultations for our CoolSculpting services.

You will not quote prices and you’ll focus on high-quality show rates. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, comfortable with high-volume dialing, and possesses strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, minimum 200 calls per day.
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify prospects.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport.
• Educate prospects on services offered.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations when appropriate.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain high show rates.
• Aim for high-quality consultations that convert to visits.

What You'll Do

This is a consultative appointment-setting position. You are not selling treatments and you never quote price. Your job is to get the right person booked into a free consultation.

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, 200 calls minimum per day
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary goal: book high-quality consultations that show up and convert

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual Spanish and English, strongly preferred
• Outbound calling experience in any setting: call center, appointment setting, collections, fundraising, leasing, medical scheduling, recruiting, insurance follow-up, or door-to-door
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive but professional, warm rather than pushy
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Evening (until 9 PM) and weekend availability required

Compensation

• $20 per hour base
• Bonus for every consultation that arrives
• Additional $35 for every same-day booking that shows
• PTO and health benefits

Schedule and Location

Full-time, on-site at our corporate office at 1800 Pembrook Dr, Suite 280, Orlando FL 32810 (Maitland). This position is not remote. Evening availability until 9 PM and weekend availability are required.
