Bodenvy is seeking an energetic consultative appointment setter in a fast-growing medical spa network. You will make outbound calls to warm leads, handle inquiries, and educate prospects on our fat reduction services to schedule consultations.

The role emphasizes high-volume dialing, persuasive communication, and reliable show rates, with an evening and weekend availability requirement. Bodenvy offers performance-based rewards and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert
