Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a call center preferred.
• Spanish speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from patients in a timely manner and route messages to the appropriate care teams.
• Schedule medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments for patients.
• Relay test results and messages to patients as needed.
• Conduct outreach to patients to schedule follow-ups and preventive care.
• Monitor site schedules to ensure correct appointment allocations and communication between the call center and care sites.
