Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a bilingual Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, accounting, and staff supervision for our communities. You will collect rents, deposit funds, run reports, and support renewal and eviction processes as needed.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, strong bookkeeping, and experience in large property management. Occasional overtime and travel to other DASMEN communities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English & Spanish required; reading, writing, and comprehension in both languages.
• Strong bookkeeping skills and mathematical ability for pro-rations and deposits.
• Experience in large property management is required; sales experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collects and secures rental payments and makes daily bank deposits.
• Inputs daily activity transactions and prepares accounting records and reports.
• Assists in leasing duties, shows apartments, and prepares leases.
• Maintains office files and ensures compliance with leasing laws and company policies.
• Assists with inspections, renewals, and resident functions; supports eviction processes as needed.
